    To make it easier to download, we zipped the mp3 files into 4 files. After downloading and saving to your computer, you will need to unzip the files to extract the individual recordings.

    The first one is a PDF file with instructions and reminder cards that you can print out. The instructions and reminder cards are also good to use if you want to listen to the program here.
